Grow and Know Launches new USA girls’ book project!

In September 2018 a new USA girls’ book project was initiated. This project will be collecting data from adolescent girls living in the three largest cities in the US: New York City, Los Angeles and Chicago. The project was developed upon recognition on the lack of research and resources available that considers the diverse perspectives of girls growing up across the US. Grow and Know is partnering up with numerous schools, non-profits and community groups for generating learning on girls’ experiences in each city.

 In addition to these three locations, the team will also be gathering menstrual stories from girls living across the US. We’re excited to learn more about girls experience here in the US and to share what we learn with the wider community soon!
