Susan Connolly has an MPH from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a BA in Psychology from Boston College. Susan served as a Peace Corps Health Education Volunteer in Mauritania where she worked with teachers and students to promote malaria and HIV prevention. She has conducted qualitative research on gender, nutrition and agriculture in Cambodia and is interested in the relationship between human rights and health.

Pheun Phadalis holds a Bachelors in Education from the Royal University of Phnom Penh's Institute of Foreign Languages. She is interested in human development, particularly in rural areas. Her career goal is to work with an international organization in Cambodia
