Pakistan Book
The Pakistan girl’s book, Growth and Changes, was developed in 2018 in partnership with Real Medicine Foundation and the University of Alberta School of Public Health. The book, written in Urdu and English, targets early adolescent girls aged 10-14 and incorporates real life stories as well as factual guidance about puberty, menstruation and body changes.
